Thank You!
We were all prepared to take LuLu to Ohio State, but Dr. Couto looked at LuLu's xrays of her hip last week. The hip fracture is five months old and he can't say for sure whether surgery would benefit her. The metal plates may cause more pain in the winter. We are going to see how she does for a couple months. She is putting on some weight and getting stronger and doesn't seem to be in discomfort right now. She has a strong will to overcome this.
Our other special needs boy may have testicular cancer along with his dental problems. He is having a dental on the 22nd and a few x-rays. Thankfully he is in a foster home - on a permanent basis - and getting lots of TLC. We just got this boy a couple weeks ago and he has had a tough time. He is very shy and won't drink water when anyone is watching him.
Glad the sun is shining today! Ohio has been so gloomy and cold - as I guess a lot of places have been. At least we didn't have snow like Cleveland and all points north!
